New Brochure -- "NRA: Fighting for Hunters' Rights"

Published: 6/5/2012 Updated: 6/6/2012

Hunters_Rights_Brochure_Cover_2011.jpgNRA is the largest pro-hunting organization in the world. Through programs, litigation, legislation, grant funding and publications, NRA efforts have strengthened America’s rich tradition of hunting and conservation for generations.

Eighty percent of NRA members hunt, and every issue of concern to our hunter-members is of concern to NRA. In fact, there are more hunters in NRA’s membership than in all other conservation groups combined.

NRA’s commitment to hunting is enshrined in our bylaws, which state, in part, that one of the organization’s core objectives is “to promote hunter safety, and to promote and defend hunting as a shooting sport and as a viable and necessary method of fostering the propagation, growth and conservation, and wise use of our renewable wildlife resources.”

For more information about all of NRA’s efforts on behalf of hunters, please download our new brochure titled, "NRA: Fighting for Hunters' Rights." To receive a hard-copy version of this publication, please send an e-mail with your name and address to huntersrights@nrahq.org.
